California Governor Ends Health Freedom Signing Mandatory Vaccine Bill

Remember that time when you could make your own decisions about what to put into your children’s bodies? Those were the days. Unfortunately, those days are over for Californians.

Today the Governor of California, Jerry Brown, signed into law SB277, which eliminates personal and religious belief vaccine exemptions for schoolchildren.

The Sacramento Bee reports Brown saying “The science is clear that vaccines dramatically protect children against a number of infectious and dangerous diseases,”

“While it’s true that no medical intervention is without risk, the evidence shows that immunization powerfully benefits and protects the community.” Brown stated.

So let us be clear, the State has decided that we must completely eliminate individual freedom for the greater good. If the government can forcibly inoculate you and your children, they can eliminate all your unalienable rights.

Did I mention the $2 million in payoffs from drug manufacturers to current California lawmakers that supported mandatory vaccinations? Here’s the Sacramento Bee article on that.

Is there nothing we won’t put up with? Apparently not.

I can already hear the comments from the naive “But it’s for the public’s safety!” Yea, so was Obamacare, Social Security, the War on Terror, the War on Drugs, gun control legislation, and hundreds more examples of government mandates, policy and regulation that have destroyed our rights.

I could argue that the Bill of Rights don’t even exist anymore in America accept for maybe a few areas.

It’s not that I don’t believe that there is vaccine technology that works, it’s that I don’t believe we should put the State in control of our lives. For those who are pro-vaccine, read my article titled “Should Vaccines be Mandatory” to learn that vaccine manufacturers cannot be held liable under law for any damages that their product may cause and that there is a fund to pay off people that have been injured by vaccines. You’ll understand why I’m a skeptic.

We should all be concerned when lawmakers are saying that SB277 is “about Freedom” when it is exactly the opposite. No joke, see the video of Senator Pan below.
