In a policy statement included in Senate Concurrent Resolution 11 introduced March 20th of this year, it’s admitted that over the last ten years on average there has been more than one change per day to the tax code.
How is this legal, moral, ethical or make any sense at all? Why are we changing the tax code every day? This is the problem with Congress delegating authority to bureaucracies and allowing them to govern by fiat with basically no over site. The resolution clearly admits that these changes are made to cater to special interests or else there would be no need to constantly change the code.
Here’s a screen shot of just a small portion of the policy statements in this massive resolution:
Complying with the tax code should not take Americans “$160 billion and roughly 6 billion hours a year”, that’s unprecedented. Aaron Russo’s film below America: Freedom to Fascism exposes the Federal Reserve system and the 16th Amendment, the income tax.
