We Do Not Consent: End The Geoengineering Weather Modification Programs Now

FRESNO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA | Four times in just the last year and a half the issue of geoengineering has been brought before the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Board during public comments. Concerned citizens have demanded an independent investigation into the illegal Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering (SAG) & Solar Radiation Management (SRM) weather modification programs happening in San Joaquin Valley skies.

The first time the topic of geoengineering was introduced to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Board during public comments, we were met with hostile silence and little interest in the heavy metal and other pollution it is causing.

The second time geoengineering was addressed during public comments, 6 concerned citizens demanded an investigation and were met with laughter and ridicule by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Board.

Then for the third time geoengineering was brought before the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Board during public comments. This time, the police were on standby in the hall way and its staff pulled the fire alarm to evacuate the building of concerned citizens. We were told the board does not have jurisdiction over the skies it proposes to regulate the pollution in. To say the board was rude, hostile and downright mean spirited is an understatement.

Finally, the fourth time concerned citizens made public comments regarding geoengineering to the board some positive progress was made and a follow up meeting was promised.

We are non violent and of the attitude to forgive pass transgressions rather than continue to attack the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Board with juvenile name calling and negative reports. We wish to work together with them to address the very serious and dangerous pollution issues raised by the illegal SAG and SRM geoengineering programs that affect us all, because we have never and will never consent to being sprayed.
