Defund NPR

NPR has long since lost its status as America’s objective publicly funded news source, instead falling into the now all-too-common trappings of ultra-left-wing propaganda. If you go through any of their feeds, it’s post after post after post of ultra-progressive talking points and misinformation.

A great example are these two stories posted by NPR in their Twitter feed.

The first is from Sunday, June 7th, 2020, documenting the thousands who attended a BLM/George Floyd rally in our nation’s capitol. Notice no reference to the pandemic or COVID-19.

Literally the very next day, Monday, June 8th, 2020, NPR publishes a story criticizing President Trump for his decision to resume campaign rallies, because of the risks of spreading COVID-19.

There are countless similar examples echoed across the cadre of usual MSM suspects from the last two weeks, and the narrative is specifically the same, “COVID-19 is dangerous and you should stay in lockdown, unless it’s a Floyd/BLM rally, then go ahead and ignore COVID-19.”

The media propaganda machine in this country doesn’t even try to hide its intentions any more.  But NPR is supposed to be better. It’s supposed to be “the people’s” publicly funded news source. It’s supposed to be objective.

But it clearly has lost its objectivity, and should no longer receive taxpayer subsidies.

Defund NPR.
