HAARP and Weather Manipulation

Well, we had some very strange weather patterns this summer.  In the foothills we received thunder storms the like I have never seen before.  These started many lightening strike fires and has our wild land firefighters running on very little sleep.

But, are these weather patterns artificially manipulated ?  Could the government be using these to control us?  I must leave it up to you, my readers, to do the research as I have and decide.

HAARP is an actual project.  High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, was “designed” to research the ionosphere to enhance military communications.  But,  there are those who believe it is for weather modification.

It would not be the first time the government has spent trillions of dollars to control the population and restrict our liberties.  Think about it, if the government could cause changes in weather, it could get people to believe in all kinds of propaganda….Things like global warming, ice caps melting, holes in the ozone, etc.  

Laws are then passed regulating industry, chemical goods, and personal freedoms even down to limiting what days wood burning stoves and fireplaces can be used that people use to warm their homes.  It destroys industries and sends them overseas. 

Think about it for a moment…..All our steel mills (but one) were bought by the Chinese, packed up and moved to China to be reassembled.  They are working there putting out the same emissions, if not more into the environment.  So, have we really fixed a problem?…Or, have we just relocated the problem and the controlled media can say “look what environmentalism has done, our air is much cleaner”.

Actually, all that has happened is a transfer of wealth to another country to make us a global economy set up for global government.
