Government Creates Confusion about Eggs

by Steve Garrett | WeaponizedNews.Com | January 11, 2016

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. The same can be said about a government that is double minded. The health “experts” have told the American public for decades that eggs are bad for your arteries because they are high in cholesterol. On Thursday the U.S. Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion released its Dietary Guidelines for Americans. The guideline for limiting consumption of cholesterol to 300 mg a day has been dropped. One egg has roughly 200 mg of cholesterol. The government now says that cholesterol is no longer a “nutrient of concern”.

Some of those who work in the health industry have known this for years. They might have been laughed at or labeled as a quack but now they are not so crazy. For years UffeRavnskov, MD, has been exposing the cholesterol myths through his website which has numerous peer reviewed studies backing his claims. Joel Wallach, ND, has said for over a decade that Alzheimer’s is an epidemic in this country because of people following their doctor’s recommendation to limit their cholesterol intake.

Dr. Lawrence Wilson, researcher and practitioner of nutritional balancing science, states on his website that heart problems are not caused by cholesterol but a deficeincy of specific vitamins and minerals along with toxic buildups of certain mineral forms.

So, go ahead and eat those eggs! The best way to eat them and get the most nutrition is to keep those yolks soft. Enjoy!
