Is A Real Estate Collapse in California Imminent?

By Stuart Webb | WeaponizedNews.Com | June 19, 2015

While we are all freaking out about race relations in the United States, there is a pretty serious drought going on in the bread basket of the world. Mike Adams of Natural News points out [1] that wealthy communities in California are beginning to run out of water and when that happens, home values will plummet. CBS Sacramento reports that “The community’s sole source of water, the Byron-Bethany Irrigation District, was one of 114 senior water rights holders cut off by a curtailment notice from the state on Friday,” [2]

California’s Governor Jerry Brown recently informed the public that he is taking less showers because of the drought. [3] If you haven’t seen the writing on the wall then you may need to get your eyes checked. When this engineered drought not only affects industry but residential areas all over the state, we are going to see a societal implosion.

When residential properties run dry they will have virtually no value unless you happen to have a wealthy buyer wanting to live there without running water. Mike Adams explains how this could be chain reaction “plunging property tax revenues, municipal bankruptcies, a wave of climate refugees fleeing California and the collapse of the California economy. Unless rain starts falling out of the sky, all this is going to start unraveling like clockwork.” [4]

As a Californian, I am very concerned. If there is a major collapse here, it could trigger something massive globally.
